This item works very well to open my nasal passages and I can breath well through my nose when using them. This item is perfect if you have difficultly breathing through your nose. I have tried most of the other similar products and this one works the best and is the most comfortable.Without using them I have about 35% use of my nose, with using them I have 100% nasal breathing.

I tried them for the first time and once in I forgot all about them apart the amazing feeling I got from breathing comfortably. I’ve broken my nose 3 times in 20 years and recently I thought I was suffering from congestion and started using olbas oil. I saw these and thought I’d give them a go and they are amazing. I’m using the small ones, they don’t hurt and it’s amazing to be able to breathe through my nose, sooooooo happy

Irgendwie habe ich da wohl eine Verengung in der Nase und bisher habe ich mich davor gescheut, eine OP vornehmen zu lassen.
In der Vergangenheit habe ich immer solche Nasenpflaster genommen, nur sind die auf Dauer etwas teuer und man hat immer ein Pflaster auf der Nase, was erstens doof aussieht und zweitens hat man ja dann ständig den Kleber dieser Pflaster direkt auf der Haut, was auf Dauer sicher auch nicht so gesund ist.
Item arrived even earlier than expected and arrived in perfect condition. The package contains two nasal dilators of different sizes. I used it for the first time tonight. I slept badly due to this “foreign body” in my nose. I think it’s a matter of getting used to because the dilator isn’t that annoying. It also never came off the nose. I have a program that records night snoring. I went from 50% hours of snoring at night to 5%. I would say that the dilator is, in this sense, perfect! I just hope I get used to it.
This nasal dilator is made of a flexible material to be able to put it on comfortably. This product is very effective in preventing snoring and being able to breathe much better because when you put it on, it opens the nostrils and breathes very easily without having that feeling of blockage, due to its shape You don’t seem to be wearing anything.

They work, they improve sleep quality. I can breath through my nose easier with them in, therefore I do not sleep with my mouth open and snore.
Tried the trial pack, then went for a pack of the mediums… will certainly buy more, and would recommend to anyone who is having difficulty with sleep quality.

I had been using a nasal spray but it’s not a long term solution and I had already over used it so decided to try this nasal dilator. Finally I can sleep without struggling to breathe! I’m impressed with this little device. With my nose being kept open at night I also have an easier time breathing during the day. The smallest size hurt my nose slightly right at the opening of my nostril but the medium hasn’t given me any problems comfort wise.
After suffering for years or broken sleep every night and wakening up each morning feeling tired I think I have finally found something that helps. I have tried the sticky strips many times and worked up to a certain extend but they kept falling off and found them them to be a waste of money.
I have only been using this Airmax nose clip for a few days now but so far so good. It definitely opens the air way and helps me breath at nights and I will continue to use them.

I have suffered from sleep apnoea for many years now and sleep with the aid of a CPAP machine. The problem is that the machine is only effective if the nasal passages are clear and I have been experiencing persistent nasal congestion for some time now. I was using decongestant spray almost every night and the NHS wanted to operate on my nose. Not being too keen on this, I tried all sorts of things including humidifiers, nasal irrigation and natural sprays all to limited effect. This little device is a revelation. It is comfortable, even when wearing the CPAP mask and has made a massive difference in my ability to breathe at night without resorting to nasal decongestant which is harmful if used over a long period. Try this before you spend a lot of money on more expensive alternatives.
i suffer from a really blocked nose due to allergies, which always seems worse at night when trying to sleep. I have used breathe right plasters very successfully for a few years but these are expensive and i seem to have developed an allergy to them as they now leave the skin on & under my nose blotchy. I felt pretty desperate to find a replacement & think this is it. It felt a little uncomfy at first, but after persevering for about a week i am very happy with the product which definitely works & makes sleeping a lot easier. The dilator is easy to put in if you wet it first & stays in all night.
Finally sleep well again! You have to get used to it first, but after an hour and a little sniffing you don’t notice the thing anymore and enjoy the freer breathing … As a rather delicate woman, the S fits my husband, I immediately gave my husband the M because he has hay fever . But the feeling of a foreign body in his nose is too much for him. Testing is above studying!
